All of our student houses are approved by the Edge Hill University Student Accommodation Team and available on individual contract basis.

Sue and Simon Metcalf have been providing Off-Campus houses for students at Edge Hill University since 2003.
All tenants have individual Contracts meaning you will not be liable for rent not paid by other tenants.
All houses:

Are checked and approved by the Edge Hill Accommodation Team.

Are maintained to a very high standard.

Have repairs dealt with promptly.

Have Gas Safe Certificates.

Have Electrical Certificates.

Have 10 months contracts, covering an academic year from September to June.
