Sue and Simon Metcalf have been providing Off-Campus Accommodation for students at Edge Hill University since 2003.

 

All tenants have individual Contracts meaning you will not be liable for rent not paid by other tenants.

 

All our properties:

 

• Are checked and approved by the Edge Hill Accommodation Team.

• Are maintained to a very high standard.

• Have repairs dealt with promptly.

• Have Gas Safe Certificates.

• Have Electrical Certificates.

• Have 10 months contracts, covering an academic year from September to June.
